COLAS, the French leader in construction and a subsidiary of the Bouygues group, has taken up a major challenge: modernising a 20-year-old HR document system for its 35,000 employees and 970 HR managers spread over multiple entities. Faced with the technical obsolescence of Crystal Report and SAP BO, the company needed to transform its infrastructure with only 2.5 FTEs and strengthened cybersecurity requirements.

The Efalia solution, combining Compose and Doc, revolutionized COLAS document management. The integrated architecture now makes it possible to automatically generate 54 types of HR documents - from pay slips to various certificates - with secure storage and simplified access via SSO. The smooth connection between HR Access, the digital safe and Efalia Doc guarantees complete traceability.
