In 2022, we also deployed a portal for tele-services and documentary exchanges specifically for the field of disability. The generalization of tele-services to all forms of assistance in the social field followed. The close relationship developed with the Efali teams over the last few years allows us to look to the future with confidence and serenity.
We then felt the need to store in a structured way all documents related to social assistance (i.e. 160,000 documents stored to date) and managed within our business software. However, we did not want to set up a different EDM for each application but a unique solution capable of meeting all of our dematerialization needs.

How to guarantee the confidentiality of sensitive data related to beneficiaries?

Our solution is fully compliant with the requirements of the CNIL and the RGPD with dedicated functionalities: limitation of the storage period according to legal deadlines specific to the social sector, automated right to be forgotten, traceability of accesses, and fine management of authorizations by profile. We also provide a ready-to-use processing register for your DPO/DPD, adapted to sensitive social action data.

Is the portal compatible with our existing business software (ASE, MDPH, etc.)?

Yes, our portal has native connectors with the main business software used in the social sector (ASE management solutions, MDPH, integration, etc.). Bidirectional integration makes it possible to exploit your existing data without double entry while respecting your current IS urbanization.

How to manage differentiated access between social services?

Our solution allows a very fine management of access rights, adapted to the specific challenges of the social sector.
