COLAS DIGITAL optimizes its HR document management with Efalia Compose

COLAS modernized its HR document management by replacing an obsolete system with Efalia Compose and Efalia Doc solutions. This large-scale project transformed the generation and storage of HR documents for 35,000 employees and 970 managers, with complete automation of the processing of payslips and their distribution in digital safes. The results include a significant economy of scale, total autonomy in document design, and a 100% coverage rate for all types of HR documents used daily.

After 20 years of using the same system, COLAS was facing several critical challenges:

• Technical obsolescence of its HR document publishing system based on Crystal Report and SAP BO
