Our company's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) commitment is based on deep values and a desire to contribute positively to society and the environment.

Moving towards carbon neutrality in 2035

We are committed to a strategy to reduce our company's carbon emissions. We have the ambitious goal of moving towards neutrality by 2035. To this end, we have been calculating our annual carbon balances since 2019 and have defined a strategy of actions to reduce carbon emissions by 8% per year (2020-2022).

Reducing the carbon impact of our customers

Our 2020 study conducted with MDPH customers of our Efalia Transfer and MultiGest solution shows an average reduction of -52% in carbon emissions compared to using paper manually.

Through dematerialization, we reduce linear meters and unnecessary storage spaces, and routes

We have partnered with Digital League to offer internships to young people, aimed at fostering social inclusion and creating opportunities for emerging talent.

Our Professional Equality Index for the year 2024 is 76 out of 100.

This index, which takes into account several criteria such as the gender pay gap, the share of increases granted to women and the presence of women among the highest earners, provides us with a solid basis for identifying areas for improvement based on the following results:
Gender pay gap: 35/40
Difference in the distribution of individual increases: 25/35
Number of employees increased upon their return from maternity leave: not calculable
Parity among the 10 highest earners: 5/10
We strongly believe that diversity is a strength and that equal opportunities are essential to foster an inclusive and dynamic work environment.

At Efalia, the CSR commitment is supported by all employees who can count on a Green Team, a multidisciplinary team of around ten committed employees: The management team, volunteers, a Chief Impact Officer, a CSR project manager.

Together, we are building an environment where each employee, through their daily commitment, contributes to making Efalia a major player in change towards a more responsible and sustainable company.

Our extra-financial performance statement

The DPEF makes it possible to explain the company's CSR approach and to publish each year the issues and risks, the actors involved, the action plan, and the results.

We linked our challenges to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in 2015. We have selected 5 SDGs on which we want to act through our challenges.
