Efalia's offer includes outsourced hosting and full operation provided by Efalia. To do this, we rely in particular on the infrastructure of the OVH hosting provider, in France (Roubaix), with the “SecnumCloud” and “HDS” qualifications.

SecnumCloud offer

The SecNumCloud qualification provides the assurance of a hosting whose level of security and trust has been verified by ANSSI. This is the guarantee of using solutions recommended by the French State, adapted for administrations and companies in the most sensitive sectors.

In this context, Efalia relies in particular on the Hosted Private Cloud powered by VMware offer, qualified as SecNumCloud from OVH. This service is offered as part of the Trusted Zone offers, where Efalia's customer data is hosted in dedicated datacenters and immune to non-European regulations.

In particular, our SecnumCloud qualified hosting infrastructure meets all the criteria of the “Trusted Cloud” label for cloud service providers from national administrations.

Health data hosting

The HDS qualification of the SecNumCloud environment provides the assurance of hosting specifically designed to store and manage health data. Indeed, personal health data is particularly sensitive, its confidentiality is rigorously regulated in all European states through the RGPD as well as by local regulatory requirements.

OVHcloud obtained HDS certification in 2019 so that all our customers in the healthcare sector can benefit from this guarantee.
