Lincoln County, South Dakota, one of America's fastest-growing counties, partnered with Active Data Systems to implement Efalia ECM and Clerk Track integration for comprehensive record management. The solution replaced deteriorating microfilm from the 1970s, eliminated data entry redundancy across multiple systems, and enabled a three-person team to efficiently manage all records while providing remote email access to attorneys, surveyors, and appraisers.

Lewis & Clark Behavioral Health Services, serving 3,800 patients across seven counties, implemented Efalia ECM in 2007 to manage millions of healthcare documents. The solution enabled secure remote access for clinicians visiting patients at home or schools, digitized over 2 million documents within one year, eliminated daily trips between buildings, and allowed staff to focus more time on patient care instead of document retrieval.
