OCSO DIOT has implemented Efalia's EDM solution to digitize its documentary processes and meet the traceability challenges associated with a large volume of documents. This digital transformation project has made it possible to optimize the processing of more than 3,000 documents per week while improving team performance and customer satisfaction.

A period of significant turnover revealed a major problem in the classification of documents and customer files, impacting traceability, efficiency and performance. Since OCSO DIOT was fully delegated to manage 85% of its activities, the volume of documents to be processed was considerable.
