Faced with an increasing volume of paper documents and the resulting research difficulties, the SETIN Group chose Efalia's Electronic Document Management solution to dematerialize its customer invoices and delivery notes. After 8 years of use, the solution has become essential to the daily activity of the company, offering time savings, data security and quick access to documents for all employees.

“For 8 years, we have been using Efalia's electronic document management solution to integrate customer invoices produced by our ERP into EDM. A LAD/RAD system allows the automatic reading and filing in EDM of the editions produced every month by the ERP.

Also, we deployed Efalia's EDM solution for the management of delivery notes. The vouchers are scanned by the users and sent directly into the archive database folder, then they are indexed by an operator. Thanks to a bar code reading, delivery notes (registered) are automatically classified in EDM.

Efalia's EDM solution now constitutes an important information base (several gigabytes of data) available to all SETIN group employees according to their authorizations.”
