BusinessIt’s time for Efalia to consolidate its output management range with the acquisition of MAPPING Suite!
Following the takeover of Tilkee, Efalia, the publisher of solutions for paperless documents and processes, is continuing its growth with the purchase of
MAPPING Suite, a French software publisher specialising in the field of output management.
Already operating in this sector with its APPIC solution, Efalia is acquiring 100% of the MAPPING Suite business (previously held by the PAY-BACK Group) and consolidating its position in the output management and CCM (Customer Communication Management) market.
The resulting new business represents 140 employees with consolidated sales of €17 million.

MAPPING Suite, which has over 450 customers worldwide, offers a range of output management solutions that optimise the possibilities for creating and distributing all corporate documents, eliminating any areas of complexity from their production processes. In addition, these solutions are compatible with most of the current technologies on the market, including the IBM iSeries (formerly AS/400). This new acquisition will enable Efalia to expand its suite of paperless software solutions once again in order to offer its French and international customers the best technologies and tools for designing, producing, distributing and archiving documents. This agile design, together with the power to produce and generate documents on a massive scale and then distribute them digitally across any media, offers professional users an extremely streamlined experience and the opportunity to produce high-quality documents to a standard they would be happy to pass on to their own clients.
