The first is a ticket management application to create, classify, process and close an incident ticket. Monitoring control panels and graphic reporting features are accessible from the interface in order to guarantee your SLAs.
The second is a non-conformity management application to improve the quality of your products and services. This simple intuitive application enables you to decentralize declaration of non-conformities and forward them to the quality department so that they can be recorded, classified and an action plan can be put in place. Each action is assigned to an actions manager, and will be measured. If the efficiency of the actions is satisfactory, the non-conformity can be closed. Control panels are available to monitor and control all of the non-conformities (by type, status, origin, etc.).
